NearPod

I have come across this wonderful teaching tool. It is an app called Nearpod. You can read more about it here: http://www.nearpod.com/. I recently signed into one of the webinairs they have that explains how to use their app. It just blew me away! It uses iPads mainly, but it can also be used on an iPod touch or an iPhone. Basically, you create a slide show of whatever information you want to use with your class. But the beauty of this app is that you can add videos, charts, quizzes, drawings, etc... The possibilities are just endless! You can get immediate feedback from the questions and answers with your students. You can also let them see how they answered a question and what is the correct answer.  I can't wait to use this in my classroom in the fall! I encourage you to check it out.
